If all the residents would follow the house rules we wouldn’t have any issues ie dog poop or smoking or picking up their packages and abusing other residents property we wouldn’t have any issues

Electrical plug & dryer door Brian came to repair our washer & dryer accordion doors. He noticed that the dryer door was opening to the right instead of the left. Brian changed the dryer door to open left and that will help to keep the accordion door from coming off the track.
Brian replaced our faulty kitchen outlet.
Brian is always on time and quick to resolve any issue we have.
He is the best maintenance technician ever!

I never have a complaint if I put in a maintenance request, Brian always comes to do the work very quickly. He holds a lot of knowledge on all of our maintenance needs. Zen has struggled with finding someone reliable, talented and honest in this position. Finally, we have someone with a good work ethic and is always attentive to residences’ needs. He has proven time and again to be a worthy employee and deserves to be paid what he is worth. I have no idea what he is paid now, but firmly... believe it should be more.
