Enjoy Residential Living Benefits in an Apartment Home-type Setting
WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT THE LAREL APARTMENT HOME COMPLEX
STORAGE SPACE - Truly large individual solid-wallled storage units conveniently located on each floor that are climate controlled, clean and dry
HEATED LUXURY GARAGE - brightly lit with white painted walls, a floor that is scrubbed clean on a regular basis, and truly wide parking lanes. You gotta see to believe!
EXCEPTIONAL SOUNDPROOFING BETWEEN UNITS - we almost never (really!) hear any activity from units adjacent to us and are never awakened... at night… restful sleeping conditions!
SECURITY - This was a biggie for us… a high-end video monitoring/controlled entry system and a brightly lighted LED walking path around the perimeter of the complex. It's a "neighborhood-safe" place to get out and walk... several ponds are very close by with paved walking paths.
AMPLE GUEST PARKING - on-site, off-street parking is available for our guests. An increasingly surprising number of apartments absolutely do not have this feature.
HEATED INDOOR POOL, DELUXE EXERCISE ROOM, WHIRLPOOL AND SAUNA - most other "deluxe" apartments do not have an indoor pool... nice for the long, cold Minnesota winters.
The Laurel’s outstanding in-place infrastructure is stellar… really! We have lived here for almost five years and have no intention of leaving. Promotional web sites and brochures can be deceptive YOU NEED TO VISIT THE LAUREL TO BE CONVINCED.
A STELLAR APARTMENT MANAGMENT TEAM THAT IS TRULY RESIDENT-ORIENTED.
The Laurel has on-site apartment manager and maintenance/service personnel that give you personalized service. Their will-do attitude is attested to by having earned the MADACS Property Excellence award in 2017... the "Academy Awards" Oscar-type event sponsored by the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association.
The Laurel is one of the rental properties that is managed by KRC Apartments, a division of the Kleinman Realty Company. BOTTOM LINE... Should a situation ever arise that we would need to find another place to live due our our changing personal circumstances, we would contact KRC Apartments. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE WHO MANAGES THE PLACE WHERE YOU LIVE.
