Staff and maintenance are great. They are super on top of any requests and get them done quickly. Place is always very clean and well run.
Only wishes are a bigger gym with more machines and that as an apartment that faces southwest, to have a balcony or be able to open more of the windows in my living room.

I know I’ve been praising our community a lot lately, but I still want to share how incredible the Nolo team’s work has been—especially for anyone looking into this place. Here are two great examples:
We reported loud music from a neighbor late at night (around 11 PM) multiple times, and the management team handled it swiftly and effectively.
I’ve noticed them holding regular meetings in the office with the property manager, leasing agents, and maintenance technicians. I don’t know how many... other properties do this, but it’s such a smart way to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service.

Great location and well sized units, but constant changes in how rent and utilities are paid, additional fees (package locker, etc), and poor communication from management about changes or scheduled maintenance leave much to be desired about this apartment building.
