The staff are incredibly friendly. The grounds and building are kept up beautifully. It is a perfect place to live being so close to all of the wonderful restaurants and shops!

Magnificent apartment layout. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Would love to see improved amenities (hot tub? Better pool table?)
One negative is that some of the infrastructure less than ideal (no AC/heat in bathrooms, no shower lights, no ceiling outlets).

Pool is the perfect way to cool off in the summer. Staff are very friendly. Nice residents! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new place in St Paul!
