I have been living here for just over a year and its been all good.
But with one exception and that is the noise of the people walking upstairs and the water that drops from roof to the ground during the rain and when snow/ice starts to melt.

I have never felt more at home. I see myself living here for many years to come! It has every amenity I would need and the buildings are quiet and very nice. Love the grills and the Pool!

All great :)) This neighborhood is quite peaceful, very close to the highway, and the parking lot has lots of spots.
One thing I do want to complain about is the phone service. I can’t really get service at the gym, and the Wi-Fi is very slow there.

I am glad I made the choice and select arrive minnetonka for my resident,the staff, and neighbors in building #140 are friendly and like to talk,the cleaning crew is also friendly I could not see myself living no where esle and office staff go above and beyond to help in any situation
