If you are a new college graduate looking for a place out of the city but still in a young, vibrant community, ArriveSLP is a great place to look! Good amenities, situated in a residential area near a park, and has easy access to the city.

Great place to live, management is very understanding and helpful with concerns. The amenities are very nice. Location is great, close proximity to a ton of businesses and parks/trails. One downside is that the parking lot fills up every night, so good luck finding a spot late at night.

Move in was rocky but very quiet place, which is good. The apt wasnt in great shape, cabinets have a really strong smell so does the hallway. A lot of details were left behind for me to resolve.

The unit itself is very spacious and has so much room with a homey atmosphere. The building and hallways tend to have some very fixable things like rips and stains in flooring or walls and things like that. There are very great amenities though with lots of space to work or lounge and a decent sized workout room. Overall a great place !
