Overall issues with boiler Of course we have very cold winters but the current boiler has broken down two or three times already this winter. Unacceptable.

Don Don did an exceptional job! Not only did he install our dishwasher quickly, he loaded it with our dirty dishes, started it, and cleaned out our sinks. He left us a thank you note. Best experience we’ve had at these apartments. Thanks, Don!

When we entered the unit there was a fridge in the living room, carpets dirty, low lighting, a sink without a bathroom in one of the bedrooms, the bathroom was absolutely dirty with dirt in the tub and bathroom vanity was full of dirt we had an issue with the fact that pest control was apart of utilities it makes us question if you have infested units. On top of that the gym and pool area was gross definitely not worth the price you have to pay. Photos weren't the same as in person

Work order These reviews would be more helpful if the work order number or information was included.
The replacement of the glass in the sliding glass door was completed. I think it was completed correctly. The workers were respectful and worked to complete the work quickly.

Maintenance The issue was addressed promptly and the electrician always does a good job.
