Called to ask about openings. Pictures look like townhouses / duplexes. With attitude Peggy (the lady who answered the phone) said, “Umm they are not townhouses or duplexes they are apartments.” Go on with your question. I asked if they have any openings and she told me no. Rude right off the bat, would not consider them. Don’t bother calling, look elsewhere. No respect given to future clients. Wow.

As a first time caller to Splittstoser 11-1-19, to inquire about this dwelling option, my call( by phone) was met with contention without me saying a word? I was merely calling for information on the complex, but l before I could ask even one question, the man who answered said, "You know you guys can quit calling about this place, I have a waiting list a mile long and maybe one person moves out a year"!....
Well, I was shocked to be met with such rudeness by someone operating a business,... especially being it was my first time calling then ever.
I'm sorry that he must feel overwhelmed with inquire calls, but I've never experienced a phone dialogue like that and makes me question why they want to operate a business?
This encounter would lead me to believe that possible current tenants of this place, may experience this kind of communication style as well, of which I would not be interested in doing business with that kind of operation.
