Generally satisfied We really like living here. The location is perfect, right by the expressway and the road noise does not bother us. The landscaping and snow removal is top notch. The pool area is very nice and the flowers there are a real plus. Joe does a great job at maintenance and is fairly timely. He is very easy to work with. The utility bills are very reasonable. The tuck under garage is great since it is 20-25 deg. warmer than outside. The workmanship in our unit could have been... better.
The paint job was a bit sloppy in places. The room in our lower (garage) level is far too cold in the winter. 11 degrees cooler than the main level. Nothing can be done about it. There should be a screen door by the front door and the door to the deck to allow air flow.
