Great Apartments, Great Price

Looking for a great place to live? Come to Washington, Mo. The rent is unbeatable! Large and spacious apartments. Extremely secure, you need a code to get in. Full kitchen with a large dining area for entertaining. Two beautiful common areas fully furnished with TV and library of books and movies! 5 minutes from downtown Riverfront, lots of shops and restaurants, weekly entertainment. Directly across the street from Mercy Hospital. Next door to Washington Park. You won't believe it until... you see it. Do not hesitate they go fast!

GREAT APARTMENTS FOR SENIORS

These are great apartments for 55 yrs. and older! The building is extremely secure, you must have a code to get in. All different floor planes. Lower level fully equipped kitchen, with a large dining area for entertaining family and friends. There are 2 large common areas fully furnished with TV and library. The apartments are located directly across from Mercy hospital. There are 2 great public transportation services in the area. Downtown area is on the Riverfront. There are a variety of... restaurants, shops and outdoor Farmer's Market and entertainment!
You will absolutely LOVE the area and all it has to offer!

GREAT APARTMENT GREAT COMMUNITY!

I Love my apartment, it is very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Open Layout.
I love the town, you do not need a car as most things are within walking distance and there is great public transportation. Directly across the street from Mercy Doctors Bldg. and Hospital. The rent is extremely reasonable. There is a full kitchen, library, and 2 living rooms with TV's.Totally secure you need code to enter bldg. Lots of Wineries in area, open all year long. Riverfront has lots of small shops, consignment... stores and great restaurants! Close to Major highway. Great Area! I Love It, you will too!
