One of the most rewarding and important aspect of this complex is that if you need something fixed or need anything the maintenance will take care of it in no time! They are always doing something and making the complex truly beautiful and makes you feel right at home

Beautiful on the inside as well as out. Maintenence has done an exceptional job lately with fixing and keeping everything neat and clean. Everyone is very nice and welcoming.

New management is doing great, some fun activities weekly friendly staff and maintenance always acts fast and is helpful. Definitely had some problems in the past but I have faith they are being fixed.

On the surface, it looked o.k., but maintenance is non-existent. They don't vacuum/clean/inspect the common areas. Pipes have exploded twice, causing certain areas of the facility to be closed for months on end. Landscaping is awful (grass was knee deep at one point) and snow removal is atrocious! And a lot of the residents have mobility issues -- a huge safety hazard!!!

Builder grade low quality amenities washer and dryer small loads cheap carpets not well built rent increase after 22 month lease expires.
