They walk around staring in windows. Poor lighting outside on Brandywine Place. They put someone on trespassing list for heresay, but when someone broke the law and did damage to their property their still running free, no charges filed, didn't get put on trespassing list. Tub leaks underneath its gonna end up falling through. They... don't care.
