However, You have to get off the island for any errands.

It's a place very idyllic for families, if you're not able drive it's not very Convenient.

we have a wonderful staff and our manager cares for our community as did our previous manager. i cannot complain as i believe we here at Overture are blessed to live-in a 55 active community. we have many activities to choose from including getting outside and enjoying our beautiful island! I really enjoy living here. My previous residence where i resided my entire life was also very beautiful and having never lived in an apartment before i am finding this to be a very fun place to live and... call home, forever i hope!! The Apartment community is extremel friendly, supportive and family like. Residents are always willing to help each other, offering assistance whenever required or needed. There are many activities available allowing residents many choiced such as Bingo, poker, Marjong, Rubicue, bridge, water volleyball, indoor volleyball. trivia pursuit, pool activites, aerobics, yoga, bicycling available, gym , wine down, beer n babble, l\Luncg and Learn events, etc
