I am a new resident have been enjoying the facilities and meeting new and very friendly people. I am looking forward to the Orientation session which I was told was in the process.

Wind Up is a good social time from 4-6 on Wednesdays just to have pleasant conversations and to catch up with many new residents. There are many clubs and activities to get involved.

I like living here very much. The residents are so friendly and helpful. I love the location and the beauty of this area of South Carolina. Truly lovely.

Very easy to fill out paperwork for lease. I am really enjoying the new management team! Especially, Zach!
He is the best! He would give you the shirt off of his back, if it would help you. I don't think he knows the word, "No." He will just say that he would be more than happy to help. He is a really nice young man! He reminds me of my Grandson, when he was younger.
Overall, great team!

Everyone has been very friendly. We have only just arrived and have yet to find where we fit. But the community is lovely, and the grounds are beautifully kept and secure.

Just received my lease renewal and not happy considering the residents have told us they had better renewals. We would have been ok if everyone had the same % but ours is much more.
I think this complex wants to keep it an assisted living vs active living.
