Our new Manager Mike…is a great manager and resolves things right away, he has listened to some of our concerns and getting this place to look good again!!

The Apartment community is extremel friendly, supportive and family like. Residents are always willing to help each other, offering assistance whenever required or needed. There are many activities available allowing residents many choiced such as Bingo, poker, Marjong, Rubicue, bridge, water volleyball, indoor volleyball. trivia pursuit, pool activites, aerobics, yoga, bicycling available, gym , wine down, beer n babble, l\Luncg and Learn events, etc

Great apartment with a nice, large kitchen. Enjoy sitting on our balcony in the evenings. Lots of activities. Friendly, welcoming staff and residents. Love it here.

I am very encouraged. Michael, our new community manager, has already made of very positive impact. The property is looking and feeling fresher and cleaner. He is involved all around the community and is offering educational options we have not had before. The activities have increased. Pam, the Activities Director is accessible, personable and is offering a variety of options. After some discouraging months, once again, I am delighted with my decision to live here.

I am just getting settled in. The management team is awesome. I am still trying to meet people and find my equilibrium. I have never lived in a community like this and do not have outside friends, but do have 2 children close by and another in Columbia
