1st let me start off by saying that I will always give a 4 start review for most places as there is always room for improvement. Elba has been nothing but patient with me throughout the entire move-in process (I can ask a million questions). The property is a little older but the interior is ok. Not perfect but not the worst. There are quite a few children in the neighborhood and they can be a little loud but it's expected. I would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for a 2nd... chance property. I have lived here for nine years now and I’ve have been happy the entire time. The neighbors around me are, for the most part, private, quiet, and discreet. Maintenance issues are usually addressed in a timely manner, the property is maintained neatly and cleanly, and the office people are always friendly and respectful. I’m not going anywhere anytime soon.

Roaches infested & they will not fix nothing. Even roaches outside lol and pit bulls aggressive dangerous ones that run wild you will fear for your life going to your car everyday. Everyone there is nosey asf and mold is through all vents. No parking spots so make sure you’re home before 7 or 6 to get one.

Cockroaches all over the apt. I just moved in and its horrible. The staff is unreachable and the place is nasty inside and out. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Cinthia was my leasing agent and she was phenomenal with helping me find the right place for the right price. Not to mention it’s my first apartment by myself!
