Def a good place to go.

I have for 5 years now, it is so good, and I love the staff, haha even the dog park, it's good g girls, and good boys here, I recommend living here, if your in a bad place right now, I have never been anywhere better, you will have the best stay here.

Not safe location

There have been car break ins (smashing car windows) 2 weeks consecutively in the same parking lot in the general same area, where the building light is out of order hence being very dark. Management said they would fix it and double check that the lights out here work. It's been 2 weeks since and the building light is not fixed. Plus little to no security cameras and lack of effective security. The least they can do is make sure it is well lit especially with rent being high in this economy.... This is not a safe and secure location. Tbh no where is safe anymore and no one seems to care about safety unless they live there.

Beware!

Unprofessional and rude management that will squeeze your last dime for their new corporate owner. Run and go to any other apartment complex in Bellevue.

Great Staff

I live here and recently had a problem with a door that needed immediate attention. Even though it was small and they were very busy they took the time to understand my situation and reacted very quickly. This is in fact not uncommon as they have always answered the call on any issue, but this was above and beyond and they treated it as if it was as important to them as it was to me. Thank you so much Staff!

Run! Not worth it!

They can change the outside & what you can see but it’s what you can’t see that is the problem. Pipes are so old that they keep bursting (it ruined table linens from my great-grandmother- over 100 years old!), sinks back up constantly, heating/cooling system rattles & the electrical system is so old, I’m worried it’s a fire waiting to happen. The manager is not very nice & gave my key to strangers to come into my place when I asked her to wait until I get there in less than 10 min. Walls are not... insulated so you can hear & smell what’s going on at your neighbors. Candles burning, dinner cooking or burning, smoking cigarettes & smoking other stuff. I had to explain to my ex when he brought my son back from his visit that the smell was not by me or my boyfriend from my apartment but a neighbor.
