I lived in another 55 community but it was nowhere as nice as Larkspur. I like that there is daily communication about activities. I really like that there are so many activities offered and the building is kept so clean. I really like living here and I feel safe which as a senior is very important.

Oh I would love to share things with you but I've already touched bases on the most important things like beautification of the property and making sure that we've got plenty of help with the people that live here. I understand that you only got two people working in the building I would think you would at least have two more just to cover the bases for the overflow sometimes that happens and they could help beautify the trash area and the dumpster as well as helping with beautification of the... entrance way instead of allowing the tenants to do that it's good for them to help but not make it a permanent fixture. And by the way these apartments I have found out since I have been putting in things for the tenants that they need, this building was not designed for 55 . When I start installing shower ?? for people that are 5 ft or less it kind of makes me feel like someone didn't care. I've had to put in bars in the showers so they can get in and out and these tubs are for children not for the aging people of 55 plus.! I'm doing what the tenants would like me to do for them especially the ones who move in and don't know how to ask the people here because they want to charge them more money than it's worth I walk in and tell him whatever you can pay and they pay me what they think it's worth and I appreciate it they can they appreciate it and I will leave my name for them to call me if they want cuz your maintenance people are too busy with other things.

Larkspur is a great community in a wonderful location. I love our park which provides us a backyard with a beautiful place to walk and enjoy nature. There are many things going on to give the residents many opportunities to meet and enjoy the company of others.
