I am excited to be living in a Senior Apartment Living. Cat, the manager, advised me, showing and explaining that this is a great place to live when I interviewed looking for an apartment. She is such a warm, friendly, and understanding person to my needs for a safe and good living quarters for my age. I found the apartment with all my perceived needs for daily living amenities and the quietness at an affordable price. I want to live here for years to come in this beautiful city of Allen which... is more slow paced than Dallas, TX. I am very surprised what wonderful people are living here in the apartment complex! I love the idea of others my age group who look out for each other. I love all the activities in community that are offered. I really love my apartment and am satisfied with my view from my windows and the balcony is my favorite growing my plants. I moved from owning a house that I would miss my garden. I brought my garden to the balcony. And the storage closet is perfect for things I need storing that I don't use often. I live in my kitchen and living room and love cooking and enjoying my books I have on my shelves in my apartment. This is my sanctuary. We have transitioned to Spectrum for internet provider and I have my needed fiber optics which allows me to access my documentaries and my continual long term learning and of course my Smart devices! I am on the fourth floor and I love the view and the sky with it's beauty. Yes, I am so glad to be in this senior active community. This is the place for me!

Maintenance such as lawn not being cut for weeks the pool down for several months. Again can’t info on what’s happening. Manager needs to continually update community on problems and issues
