We have not lived in an apartment since 1974, and when it was time to move into a 55-and-over community, it was a tough decision. I wanted to stay in Benbrook for lots of reasons. This property was pretty new, so we chose Album. We have two friends who live here, and they loved it. We moved in October, and it was pretty much what we expected. The residents are very nice and welcoming. The get-togethers are a lot of fun. We really enjoy the management of the Album; they are all very... helpful, nice, and work hard to make this a very good place to live. They accomplish what they want very well. Plus, the maintenance folks here are just outstanding, very helpful, and hard working.

Album is a great place to live! There is always plenty of activities going on to choose from. Or you can be a couch potato it's your choice. No pressure!
The staff is very good and always pleasant. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues you may have.
I have been here more than 2 years and have no complaints.

I’m adjusting to apartment living after selling my home and moving to the Album of Benbrook. As I start to join activities I’m feeling more like it’s a home.
