Compared to my old place, this feels like I am living in a luxury hotel. What makes this place so special are my neighbors who don’t walk around with their noses stuffed in their phones. Everyone says hello, and each tenant seems to genuinely care about each other’s happiness and well being. Since moving here, I have not had to be subjected to pot stench, secondhand smoke, loud music, drunk neighbors, poor driving by tenants, or being ignored by our amazing staff who feels like part of the... family. Speaking of the staff here, WOW! Trisha our manager is by far the best property manager I have ever had! YES! She is smart, works incredibly hard, and knows exactly what she is doing. Now about Patrice, our community event organizer - ooooooh, we hit the jackpot! She is absolutely perfect for this position and her heart is in it. She is another very hard worker. We are sooooo lucky! Amber, the leasing assistant, has an exceptionally sweet disposition and knows her property after only a short time. Darian is also another positive part of the team and acknowledges each tenant each time we come by. Klay is our maintenance manager who is eager to please. He’s taken very good care of me. This group appears to work exceptionally well with each like a perfectly put together mechanism. That is a hard combination to beat. The property is pretty much finished in terms of construction. I highly recommend this community for anyone 62 and up who wants to live with the adults with wonderful manners, people who are civilized grown ups. #adulting?? I am eager to hear back from the regional property manager as I have a few important things to share. I have lived in many apartments over my life, and this one is unique for all the right reasons! Well done Graystar!
