We are in a gated community of about 320 or so families. All utilities except phone are supplied. We do no yard work unless we want to plant a few flowers. A/C filters and light bulbs are furnished. People are friendly and there are enough activities to keep us occupied. We have a covered car port. Deer, turkeys, squirrels, rabbits abound and we get to watch deer rear their young. Several bucks of all ages come by. Once in a while we see a bob cat or coyote wander through. We are about 200 feet... above and overlooking Lake Benbrook with a couple of foot paths to the lake. We don't worry about falling into the lake as it is about 300 yards away at the end of a 30 degree downslope. Just about all our stores are about 7 miles away. Nearest other homes are 4 miles away.
