First of all the grounds are safe and the building is a safe place. Many very nice people live here. It is not noisy unless my great grand boys are here. Ivy Point is my second 55 apt. complex to live in and this one feels like home.

Facility and grounds are maintained very well including problems in tenants' apartments. Staff very pleasant, helpful and qualified for the job they hold. Been here almost three years and have been very pleased and happy with our new "home".

I would like to share my positive experience at Ivy Point Cypress. The community provides a strong sense of safety, which comes from a management team that is attentive, present, and consistently available to assist residents throughout the day.
The overall atmosphere is both calm and engaging. The community is well maintained, and the maintenance team does an excellent job ensuring the property is clean, orderly, and functioning properly. At the same time, there is an active and vibrant social... environment, with regular activities and gatherings that encourage connection and enjoyment while still preserving a quiet and comfortable living space.
Most importantly, there is a genuine sense of care throughout the community. Residents, staff, and management all demonstrate respect and consideration for one another. The management team is especially thoughtful in how they look after residents, and their approach is consistently professional and pleasant.
I consider this a very well-run community and a wonderful place to live, offering both peace of mind and an engaging quality of life.
