Very nice place to call home. Quiet and easy going place to live. Also loads of fun activities to enjoy yourself. Wether you are retired or semi-retired it offers much to be enjoyed. Kudos Iveypointklien.

If you want to spread this, help yourself. I do not want to ask my friends to move here and there is no way I would do it to someone I did not know. They would think I was crazy! The rent that I am paying now, this place should be a palace! Quit buying new furniture and things like that. Get the place cleaned and looking nice and keep it that way.

I have been here since they opened. I really enjoy living here. The management works hard to keep Ivy Point clean, safe, and a great place to live.
