Before the 'renovations' it was good there. After DEvCO came to the ownership and started 'renovations' it turned into a nightmare. The moving company brought in bedbugs into my apartment with my furniture which was stored at the storage not accessible to the tenants during the renovations. The 'renovations' are horrible, everything is falling off, the renovations are not finished. I lived at the construction site, Roofing noise was horrible, windows' installation. I lost my work, I got sick.... Now bedbugs. They did not keep their promises to pack and unpack stuff while temporary relocating us and bring back. I damaged my back and shoulder, the elevator hasn't been working for 2 months may be more
