Pool not available on weekends. Maintenance is good and they do a great job in keeping the complex clean and are friendly. There is no exercise room available, and it could use upgrading in many areas. The front gate does not work, there is mud always in the parking lot, it is quiet for the most part. It is affordable however now with new owners you need to commit 4 months before your lease is up or you get penalized that is ridiculous.
