My place is very peaceful and the community is quiet thanks to the gate being fix by the new manager.

Even before moving there my mom had close friends residing at this location.
They were often without needed repairs.
Despite this, she decided that over time, certainly they would have made improvements.
With limited resources and lack of options that would allow her to move to a flat instead of multi-story...she took a leap of faith.
It's not only been a series of rudeness or lack of response -its been a nightmare that directly puts her health at risk.
I will be finding a better option for my... mom, but this does not excuse the owners or property management from their responsibilities.
Please, if you care for your family members considering this property...do your own research. Check other options.

The front gate has been broken over 90% of the time for the past two years. So forget "gated community". Difficulty hiring/keeping maintenance assistant - they should have two and one person is trying to handle all the repairs and is overworked. Many fixes have not been done or take months to do. Management has not followed up on things in past, hopefully new manager that started 5/1/23 will be better.

I have called Villas of Remond home for over 3 years. The staff is amazing and very responsive. Marty is a great maintenance man. The property and pool is always clean and pretty to look at. I encourage other seniors who are looking for a home to come check these apartments out. They will not be disappointed.

having lived at villas of remond for nearly ten years i have to say i have never lived at a better place. neatly kept grounds and well trimmed hedges good neighbors and good apartment maintenance. and a very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable office staff willing to help at any time.
