Like many communities and businesses, we have seen operating costs increase over the... past several years. At the same time, one of the many benefits of our location is the continued growth of the Lakeside area, which has brought an expanding selection of retail, dining, and entertainment options that enhance the overall lifestyle and convenience our residents enjoy. I understand that the increasing costs does not diminish your desire to have the place you have called home for those 4 years to be a place you are proud to show your friends and we are continually working to make things better for all of our residents.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be when hallway doors are left open, especially when it affects the comfort of the community by allowing cool air to escape into the stairwell.
While we rely on... residents and guests to help keep common areas comfortable for everyone, we appreciate you making us aware of this concern. We can certainly send out a reminder to residents asking that hallway and stairwell doors be pulled completely shut after use. Small actions like this can make a big difference in maintaining a comfortable environment throughout the building.
