The Preserve at Gateway apartment complex. I see as a flawless 5.0-star rating across all platforms, and their rental agreement is fair, simple, and affordable. The grounds are impeccably manicured, the soundproofing is absolute, and the management—spearheaded by the detailed manager is legendary. Maintenance is top notch. Neighbors are kind .
Too numerous events to keep the residents intrigued and occupied. Great staff.

This 55 community was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Everything is well mainted, the residents are super friendly, the staff and maintenance have addressed every issue in very timely matter. The cleanliness and no noise have been my favorite.

Resident portal is easy and efficient to set up monthly payments whether it be bank account or card. Ledger of past payments and other documents are readily available, too. Requests can be easily be presented and processed.
