Has not got any better. Office staff very disorganized. This place is the worst I have seen in management

The previous review is correct, up until a month ago this complex was a nightmare. It’s brand spanking new and the staff had no clue what they were doing, IMO. That staff is no longer employed there and quite a few people were brought in from various other complexes to “clean up the mess”. These women are working very hard to get people moved in! I was hoping this would be an awesome complex for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but a headache filled with unprofessional voicemail greetings, empty offices and no return calls. If you call the number listed on their website you'll likely get a voicemail stating a lady's name, no indication that you're contacting a business, and no friendly or professional greeting. I have called at least 6 times and still heard nothing back. I even called the regional manager and the... property management company listed on the website. Today we stopped by their temporary office twice, once at 11 am and once at 1:20. No one was present either time.
