The Kelley as a whole is a lovely property. However, would love for actual maintenance and care to the amenities. The fans in the gym are not fully functional. The firepit by the pool has been almost inoperable for years (from what i’ve heard from long term residents). There are cars in front of the leasing office with expired registrations that do not move for months, and are never towed. Parking is already an issue, and there should be better management of it.

The Kelley has been so easy to call home, they are easy work with, and have made a cross country solo move a lot less scary! Customer service and responsiveness has been amazing by both office staff and maintenance, everyone is always so nice. Great team!

I love the Kelley Apartments, I’ve never live somewhere where my apartment is so silent before. I do not hear my neighbors and vise versa and this apartment is well built and maintained . I’ve been here 6 1/2 years and I love it.

The Kelly is amazing. I wish they would enforce the paid parking rules. We pay for a covered parking spot and violators are suppose to be towed but they never are. Other than that, the community is nice.
