Nice place but rent is too high. Pool and outdoor common areas are great. Great game areas and movie room.Great place for active seniors . Conveniently located to grocery, restaurants and small shops and urgent care.

Overture is a convenient place to live. The community is well managed and offers a good value for the money. There is an above average number of activities and social events provided for the community. Public areas of the community are beautiful and well maintained. There is excellent security provided for residents resulting in a feeling of a safe and secure place to live.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have a 24-hour emergency call line in place to ensure any urgent or emergency needs are addressed promptly. Our office is open on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we are closed on Sundays and select... holidays. During business hours, our team works diligently to respond to messages as quickly as possible. We welcome the opportunity to better understand your concerns. Please feel free to stop by the office so we can address them more specifically and work toward a resolution together.

The only complaint I have with the Overture is the Breakfast . It's terrible. cold food, burnt food. This needs to be fixed. Either a contact with another server or an improvement in service.

The residents appear to be inviting and friendly. I love the variety of activities that are available. There are some concerns that I am working on with the manager. He has been generous with his time and has been a good listener.
