The only complaint I have with the Overture is the Breakfast . It's terrible. cold food, burnt food. This needs to be fixed. Either a contact with another server or an improvement in service.

We have such a great manager. I emailed Elton about an issue and he responded within an hour with a thoughtful and very well written answer. What a good communicator he is. He is always positive and smiling and goes above and beyond. Mariela and Donald are such hard workers. They are always pitching in wherever needed. Great staff!

My wife and I have now lived at overture fair ridge for a little over a month.
Neither of us can say enough about this place in terms of the current staff members, the people, location and amenities.
We are enjoying our forever apartment and are excited to be living in this Active 62 plus community.

Great staff
I have lived here for nearly 6 years. Our assistant manager, Elton, and Mariela who does almost everything, are outstanding. We will miss our current manager. Amanda, but both Elton and Mariela are able and poised to move up into higher roles.
This is a wonderful community and it is in very large part due to the fabulous management we have right now.
