Overall, I’m satisfied with KRS. My only complaint is the requirement to pay for general water, sewage and gas usages added to the monthly rent. This makes it impossible to accurately budget monthly expenditures.

As with any new venture, it takes a period of adjustment. The renovations now complete, the interesting activities offered: exercise classes, informational sessions on various topics, fun and games, holiday celebrations, frequent breakfasts and lunches. All these--and friendly residents and professional staff-- add up to a satisfying community in which to live.
