There are many things that I love about Everleigh Short Pump, including the elegant entrance, artwork in the hallways, comfortable, functional common areas, and lovely, roomy apartments. But what sets it apart from other 55 communities for me is the people, both management and residents. We are a real community, one where neighbors check on you if you don't leave your apartment for a day or two.This place has become my home and the people here are my other family.

I continue to appreciate the location close to all the many amenities. Possible to walk across to Kroger’s for groceries and they have excellent Pharmacy for your prescriptions (easy to refill your prescriptions by phone!) Also other shops & eating in the complex. Even a spa; Sand and Stone covenantally located right across from Everleigh! The apartments are designed to meet your needs as far as rooms and size. Very comfy!! New activities are being considered according to residents interest.

I am very happy to be part of this community. The members of the management team are very helpful, friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. They try their best to solve the residence’s problem and concerns. There is a feeling of “home” in this community. The maintenance team is prompt and helpful and knowledgeable.
