From the first time my husband and I came to view the property, Maria treated us kind she was very welcoming and made us feel like she really wanted us here. The grounds are very well maintained . Nathan (maintenance) is very quick to respond to our request. We love the beauty of our home. The cost for what we get,such as a 2 car garage, fenced back yard. Something you don't get in an apartment but the rent is compatible to the apartments we visited without the these items. We love the... senior community. Our neighbors are very friendly. The peaceful serenity is amazing.

Mgmt is uncaring, and truly dont want deal with us as tenants. As I said I have family who lives in this community and actually talked this place up so much so that they moved here. They have been treated horribly but cant afford to move again so soon. Its taken months to get things fixed but nothing is being done and my Aunt is handicap. I will probably move and not renew because the frustration with things is real and I dont think it should be like this.

My husband and I decided to move here from Las Vegas to be closer to our daughter. We found Maple Grove and felt very comfortable. It's quiet. The units are spacious and well appointed. We have a fenced in yard and covered patio. It feels safe, I don't feel it's necessary to carry pepper spray when walking my dogs. Everyone, management and residents have been helpful, kind and friendly.

Maple Grove is not like an apartment. It’s like a home. I feel safe here. It’s clean, friendly and maintenance. People are professional and helpful. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

I love living at Maple Grove. Because it's so quiet here, we have the pleasure of seeing and listening to wildlife daily in the woods behind our apartment building (i.e., deer, squirrels, rabbits, foxes, and listening to birds singing).
