I have been here since the building was built. The apartment itself is small but ok. The noise level is off the charts. It is never quiet here. There's drag racing,car alarms and music blasting 24/7. There is no management staff that's ever here and forget about maintenance. No one ever returns calls. A lot of the tenants seem to have come from welfare hotels or were homeless. You get what you pay for.
