I rate living here very high. I am right down the street from my credit union, there is shopping right across the street from the complex, and one of my favorite places, the library, is close by.

I absolutely love living here. I am sad that my downstairs neighbor moved out, but I'm sure the next person will be a good fit. My neighbors have been so amazing the 4 years I have been here. The office ladies are great too. And the few times I have had a maintenance issue they are quick to come and fix it. I don't think there is a better apartment complex in Virginia Beach. This place is just great!

Beautiful maintained apartments and friendly, safe community. I have meet and retained friendships with many of the residents. We have become our own little support system. Looking out for each other and helping take care of our place when we leave. Maintenance is always prompt and reliable to help.

I can't believe this will be my 5th Christmas here. I love everything about living here. I do wish I could go sit by the pool after work on those days that are just too long, but everything else is amazing. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for seeing me as a person and not just someone who pays to live here. I really feel at home when I am here.
