Living here is definitely a safe and pleasant place to live. The staff here do their best to keep it looking good for residents. It’s always good to try and keep the operating costs down while still providing a decent product . I believe it’s possible

This is my second time living at old donation. The place is peaceful, the staff is amazing, and the residents are very nice, however, the price has always been a concern of mine. I will be leaving again for the same reason.

I enjoy my community very much. The neighbors and staff are wonderful. The grounds are well maintained and the neighbors decorate their yard spaces and doors for the holidays. The resident online portal is user friendly. Mentaince request are promptly handled.

Great, quiet community. Maintenance is very responsive, professional. Office staff is fun and proactive with resudece. You can't beat the location, close to shopping, Town Center. There is a sense of community, you can easily walk to library and grocery rstores. You really don't need a car living here!
