Quiet, nice neighbors, and good place to walk. Prompt response to most maintenance issues, but one exception concerning the state of ended repair in the back outside patio and surrounding grounds,

Everything is well taken care of. HOWEVER, the Community Room is much too noisy to enjoy a time with a group, for example Bingo. I think you need to install some acoustic tile panels..

Landscaping is done weekly which really makes the place pop. The neighborhood and residents are quiet and no one is loud or boisterous. The compound is set in the back behind a busy street yet it is really quiet. No loud traffic or passer through.
