Property is well cared for. Maintence is prompt when issues arise. The management on site really cares about the tenants and property. Its fairly quiet and a nice almost hidden jewel ro come home to after hectic days. Rent is average and worth what is offered here.

Quiet & peaceful 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartment homes off the beaten path with park like views and ample parking. Definitive large living & dinning areas, kitchen bigger than a bread box & bathroom with large counter with ample storage, fireplace, full washer & dryer, garbage disposal, storage off semi enclosed balconies with each home. With a wonderful culturally diverse community. Competant, caring & hands on management & maintainance team. Amenities include swimming pool, weight room and... community sitting area with free WiFi. I love living here.
