Overture Kierland is a perfect pick for a 55 couple or individual to consider for their next home! Safe, friendly, quiet and well maintained and managed. I am 100% pleased with my decision to move here two years ago!

Overture Kierland is a classy, well-run, perfectly staffed, beautifully designed and tastefully decorated apartment home for 55 adults.
Residents are warm and friendly. Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, banks, grocery
stores and every conceivable kind of restaurant are
a skip-and-a-hop away. The hallways are wide and airy and well lit with seating nearby. The mailroom is spacious and the garage is clean and well lit. The maintenance department addresses work orders promptly.

I have enjoyed living in this community since the day I moved here! Many activities available if one wishes to participate. The camaraderie of my age group has been most enjoyable for me! The staff is helpful and very friendly!!
