Aspendale Centennial is a 60 community in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and available to residents all of the time. The staff goes above and beyond their job description. I worked with Bailey and she was so open and available to me. She even goes beyond and learns the residents name. She was sweet and happy to see me. Sadie was also very sweet and helpful. Employees are helpful. Kind Respond as best they can with issues they have no control over. Elevator inconsistent operation Water pressure and tiny flow Constant fans in bathrooms Exhaust vent in kitchen does not vent out of apartment it blows smoke into room at top of microwave Fire alarm is very sensitive as a result Breaker switches flip very easily for outlets in the kitchen and bathroom

Our elevators have successfully passed all required local and state inspections, and we will absolutely continue monitoring them closely to ensure they are operating as consistently as possible. Regarding the water pressure and flow, the City of Centennial has strict requirements for water-saving fixtures in new construction, and we are required to remain within those regulated limits. The bathroom fans are also part of current building standards and are designed to improve overall airflow and ventilation throughout the apartments.
For the breaker concerns, please reach out to our team directly so we can inspect and address the issue right away, as that is not something we want residents experiencing regularly.
