Rosalia has beautiful landscape thru out the community, pool area always well maintained.
Rosalia has a great gym to workout and billiard room with pool table and games to play. Theater room to relax and watch sports, movies etc.

I have been a resident at Rosalia Winter Park for 2 years. It has been a great place to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Residents are friendly and there are a variety of activities both management lead and resident lead. Trivia, water aerobic, scrabble, gym workouts… what’s your idea of fun?
The complex is well maintained with an experienced maintenance crew that is always timely and helpful.

Our families experience moving parents to Rosalia Winter Park has been wonderful. Carrie has been so kind, patient, and willing to answer all our questions during this time of change. As we walk the property she makes sure to introduce our family to people who live near, or have similar interests, to them. Creating community and comfort with each encounter. I like living at Rosalia Winter Park, have been here for 2 years.I enjoy most of the activities provided here and of course the close proximity to the stores, urgent care, hospital and physician's offices.I don't enjoy the traffic noises from the streets, can be annoying and affect the sleep.
