The appointment are well made and community is peaceful and well maintained but the maintenance of ongoing issues with unit aren’t getting addressed timely. There were a few items pointed out during our pre-move in inspection , but were not addressed until I opened multiple tickets to address them. It’s normal for maintenance tickets for getting closed without any action taken on them. So you need a constant follow up with the management.

Just minutes away for church, food, bank, retail, Newtown dog park, Big Creek Trail or any medical need, the location becomes so convenient! 900 Jameson Pass, Alpharetta, Georgia 30022 is where you will find the property. It's worth the visit!

The Avana North Point apartments are a nice place to live. It is in a good location, gated entrance, nice neighbors, pet friendly and has a dog park.
