I love the property location because it has everything you need just minutes away, and the Big Creek parkway (to walk or cycle)... surrounds the premises. Management and the leasing agents are professional and courteous and make you feel like this is not just an apartment you are looking for but a cozy friendly home that says welcome! and hugs you everytime you walk through the front door!

While, so many aspects of living here have improved with the new management. There are some such as my bathtub, and the overall exterior appearance of the buildings which the local management has not addressed in a satisfactory manner. Well, I would say consider Avana Northpoint for your future residence. I suspect that it is going to be relatively easy to find a less expensive solution, where safety items and exterior appearance are important to the management
