I've had a good move in experience and six weeks living here. Communication can be a hit or miss, especially with maintenance, such as not knowing when they have entered my apartment or fixed the issue. It would be nice to know in real time what's happening. I've had some issues with noise from neighbors above and next to me, often loud music and tv into the early hours on the weekends. But it could be worse. So far there's been no major issues and Don, specifically, from the office has been... helpful.

I have lived here for two years and I can’t complain. We have a pretty building and swimming pool. The parking garage is nice. Staff is good. Maintenance people are good. Everything is well taken care of.

The apartments are nice, older but nice. There could be a few cosmetic touch ups in my opinion. Also , a few days ago there was heavy police presence dressed in military fatigues, armed with machine guns, dogs, and a crime scene van. This apartment management team has yet to issue a statement to its tenants as to what happened. The are quick to send out information about the pool, the policies and rules of the property but something as serious as heavy police presence there is total silence.... This is disturbing and unprofessional. Otherwise I have had no other bad experiences living here
