I have lived here for 11 years I am very pleased with the community and new management team. Communication has much improved since Amber arrived. I need new flooring. Eleven years is a long time for the grade of carpet we have.

The location is excellent in that we are so close to all needed medical doctors and SW Hospital. We are nearly right on the toll road. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

Aviva is a beautiful, serene property with spacious floor plans, abundant storage, friendly tenants, plenty of activities, and lovely nooks to sit and read or enjoy nature. The location is super convenient to retail, shopping, and restaurants.
