We have lived at Ivy Point Kingwood for almost two years and love it! The management and maintenance staff are excellent, and the fellow residents are so very interesting and nice. We love the exercise classes and opportunities like the gym and the pool. There are many activities in which to participate as one wishes, and pets are welcome. It's our home now!

Ivy Point Kingwood is a beautiful complex and is well maintained. The new painting is very nice and has brightened the hallways considerably. I feel secure here which I consider a huge plus for the complex.
