The Orchards @ Market Plaza is situated in an area that is close to practically anything you need. It’s located in a quiet area on a lane that is not overly busy but near access to freeways and toll roads when needed. It is community that is friendly and offers many opportunities to it’s residents.

Just moved into The Orchards at Market Plaza. This is a welcoming, friendly and lovely complex. Love all the amenities, social activities, staff etc. I never lack for anything to do. Although I've only been here a week, I already call this home. It's like one big happy family that enjoy each others company and share in many activities.

Orchards is a fantastic community of friendly folks. Everyone has made me feel welcome from day one. Lots of activities to participate or not. Spacious grounds and apts. Why not come and join us? I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do.

We have always had good results with the maintenance men here at Orchards. The only problem is that there are so many turn overs with personal. Henry is very good, but the job is too big for just 1 maintenance man for the entire building. It slows down the repair process, it's not Henry's fault. Is there anything that can been done to keep these good maintenance men?
