The rent was constantly rising for a one bedroom apartment, the residents did not cleanup after their pets, no real benefits for the resident from the day I movies in until I left.

The overwhelming majority of our residents love living here and enjoy the strong sense of community we’ve built together. While it’s true that... some residents don’t always pick up after their pets, our team consistently steps up to ensure the grounds remain clean and welcoming for everyone. As for rent increases, we understand that they can feel frustrating, but adjustments are part of the broader market and are something you’ll find at nearly every community. We also believe the real benefit of living here comes from being engaged in the community: whether that’s through our events, activities, or everyday connections with neighbors. Choosing not to participate can make it harder to experience the full value of what Everleigh offers. We wish you the very best moving forward and thank you for sharing your perspective.

I have a very nice apartment and the entire Everleigh community is warm and welcoming. There is a full slate of activities and we are in walking distance of a town center with a grocery store, library, and several restaurants. It’s a great place to live.
