I have been in this community since 2019, and in all these years I have not had any problems with my neighbors or the staff. I like the common areas inside and also my apartment, the outside space is always well maintained and very pleasant. Everything is wonderful. Thank you.

Monterey Pointe is an average community. The appliances are C- quality.
The design of the kitchen does not allow the refrigerator door to completely open making it difficult to get items out.
The A/C compressor is in the wall and makes more noise than desirable.
However, the staff is very competent, friendly and caring. The residents are warm, friendly and smart.
The rent fluctuates daily. It depends on the day you sign the lease whether you’ll be happy the rest of the year.
There are... plenty of activities and most likely one can find what satisfies their heart.

The staff here is awesome, they go above and beyond to make our lives better. Residents are respectful and friendly. They are improving things all the time . Thank you for everything you do !!
