Just Okay I appreciate that they were able to get me into an apartment with a large outdoor space in a short amount of time however, upon moving in my hot water didn’t work. Another thing I found out well after I signed the lease was that I would have to take care of my grass and weeds. I’m actually really allergic to grass and have a disability where I can’t work outside for prolonged periods of time. They need to provide an option for residents to pay a small fee to have the small patch of... grass and beds taken care of as I can’t regularly do this.

The maintenance man that came to my unit was able to resolve two out of three issues. He replaced my peep hole and resolved the rattle in my hall ceiling. As far as the spicket outside, he is going to recommend replacing it
