Within the last 3 months i been in the apts i have had my fair share of maintenance orders and issue. The office staff has done their very best to handle everything promptly. Jay has been the maintenance man and he has been awesome. He follows directions and addresses each thing and follows up. So over all each issue has been handled minus few others that I’m sure take time. Apts are clean on the outside. It’s gated although the gate hasn’t gotten back working just yet the office manager is... working on that promptly as well. I’m sure I’ll like it here. Minus the thin walls lol
