My husband and I checked these apartments and the front desk was so kind and helpful. He answered all of our questions and gave us a tour of the facility and apartment. The front office was clean, calm, and smelled good. The apartment we toured also had snacks. Great updates and service staff

Moved in shortly after renovations were made and to be honest the inside looked much nicer with hardwood floors, but had several maintenance issues since living there. Horrible contracting staff but apartment maintenance were nice and tried to help. Leasing staff were barely ever in office and weren’t very responsive and never showed any urgency to major issues with apartment, such as ceiling leak which caused mold in the apartment... overall not the worst place to live but wouldn’t recommend to... most, especially factoring total cost which should be money spent elsewhere with a staff who takes maintenance issues seriously. I haven't been here long but I don't think I will ever move. The office staff is great and friendly. Bella really goes out of her way to be kind and helpful. I had a few minor maintenance issues when I moved in and they were ON it. Its really quiet and my neighbors are really nice. I love it here. HIGHLY recommend!

I leave there about 6 years ago . it's used to be nice Apartments . and I'm going to tell you what I see in my own eyes in this apartment, drug dealing night and a day light . there was several shot crimes , few months ago someone
stealing tires of vehicles of from the apartment, trash is everywhere . and very loud kids yelling and screaming . and every weekend they rent the office area for party so good luck to find a parking lot and all those people and loud music. no gate for the... apartment complex , and no security . few Apartments have been broken . will have to call the police many times . I have lived here for several years and have referred many people. Its a small community with the small town charm. There is Katie and Bella in the office, who are both amazing. I see Bella playing with the kids in the park after I know shes no longer on the clock, tag and hide and seek and is always around if you need anything. Katie is fair and kind. Maintenance is literally the best. Even if its for something really tiny they are out immediately and fix it right the first time. There are... only Alex and Presley and they are both awesome! I love knowing everyone in my building and having each others backs. Neighborhood crime watch got pizza for the meetings last year so thats an added bonus. They always throw events and pool parties. I couldn't speak any more highly of the place! After switching apartments every year because the new management was terrible or maintenance stole from my my apartment, I am glad I found this place.
