I've been here for 9 years and can't complain about anything. When I need maintenance they come as soon as they are available. There's 500 people here and they do the best they can. Office staff is great too

I do not understand how people have had bad experiences. The leasing office was prompt and extremely efficient. They were nothing but nice and accomadated all of my needs. I moved in on time and was extremely happy. I had a couple issues with the apartment that were resolved very quickly. I feel like people forget that we are all human and nothing will be 100% perfect; however, this team will make things right if you bring it up. Just give them the time to make it right.

It's been so much I will stick to the latest experience. Waited over 2 months for a dysfunctional toilet to be replaced. Dysfunctional means I had to use a plunger to help the toilet flush. After being dishonest and not apologizing or admitting they never ordered a toilet. I finally got the toilet installed on 2-17-25. On this same day I had to make another maintenance request because the toilet was installed poorly. When you sit on the toilet it will lean forward and fall backward when you get... up. Toilet is not attached to the floor correctly. One would think if you failed to do the job professionally on the first try, you would at least return and correct what was done poorly.
